Research conducted at Masaryk University (Bryjalab), DBIS, IBP, ACSR (Kubalalab), and the Czech Centre for Phenogenomics (CCP, Jana Balounov\u00e1 group) demonstrated across various models that both CK1 inhibition and Fam83h deficiency result in changed myelopoiesis, smaller thymuses and impaired B and T cell lymphopoiesis .
