M\u00ed\u0161a graduated in engineering at the Faculty of Chemistry at the VUT, but immersed herself in the world of biology with a focus on immunology.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thesis title: Regulation of lymphocyte response by selective casein kinase 1 family inhibitors<\/p>\n<p>This study explores the role of Casein Kinase 1 (CK1) isoforms in T cell biology, focusing on their impact on development, activation, differentiation, cytokine production, and immune responses. Using selective CK1\u03b1\/\u03b4\/\u03b5 and \u03b4\/\u03b5 inhibitors, they conducted in vitro experiments on human helper T cells and in vivo studies in murine models.
