New publication: A forskolin-mediated increase in cAMP promotes T helper cell differentiation into the Th1 and Th2 subsets rather than into the Th17 subset

A new publication, written by our colleague Petra Daďová, focusing on the possibility that the adenylyl cyclase (AC) signaling pathway may play a key role in regulating immune system function. The study focused on the effects of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) on the differentiation and function of T helper (Th) cells, specifically the development of Th1, Th2 and Th17 subsets.
